We prepare regular TV news, organize meetings with the company's management, publish an internal magazine called “AG Newsletter” on a regular basis, and in this way we inform the employees about activities within the company and familiarize them with plans for the future.

Every employee contributes to the occupational health and safety.
By establishing the occupational health and safety management system and understanding mutual relationships, we create mutual trust between our employees and the management, which is an integral part of the safety culture within our company. Analysis of errors, accidents, solutions and measures is a matter of priority. In order to fulfil the safety culture, we organize regular staff training, workplace safety monitoring, and ongoing plant management inspections. At the same time, we discuss with our employees and respond to their safety concerns.
