ARMATURY Group AS acquired by a Finnish investment company DevCo Partners
• DevCo has acquired ARMATURY Group, the leading Czech industrial valve manufacturer
• Creates a leading European provider of valve solutions for the energy sector by combining Vexve Oy, a DevCo-owned district energy valve solution provider, with ARMATURY Group
• Jussi Vanhanen, CEO of Vexve, will become the CEO of the combined entity
• DevCo is a long-term owner-operator, which is dedicated to building world leading companies in selected niche markets

ARMATURY Group has won a significant contract for the Romanian TRANSGAZ S.A. The value of this order exceeded 1 million EUR, and dispatching of the valves was divided into two parts: the first part took place in December last year and the last ball valves left the ARMATURY Group gate and headed to Romania this year. At this time all ball valves are successfully installed in the pipeline and are fully operational.
Underground ball valves AG are instaled in the Russian gas field
ARMATURY Group delivered 53 ball valves to Russia. One of the most important companies in Russia chose in the tender for the construction of condensate pipelines the Czech ball valves of the brand AG in the sizes DN 50 to DN 700. These 53 ball valves type K92, are mostly fully welded in underground design with stem extensions almost 6 meters long.

Gate valves DN 2000 with a weight of 22 tons for the Labská dam
ARMATURY Group has produced two gate valves DN 2000 for Labská strojní a stavební společnost. It is the largest size of the gate valves type S33.41 that the company has ever manufactured. The valves will serve as emergency closures in water works Labská near Špindlerova mlýna.
ARMATURY Group successfully completed the recertification audit by API (American Petroleum Institute) and extended the validity of the API Monogram for ball valves following API specification 6D until July 2021. As one of the few engineering companies in the Czech Republic, ARMATURY Group can supply its products for the petroleum industry with the API Monogram.
