QMS - Quality Management System
The company has implemented a quality management system in accordance with the EN ISO 9001:2009 standard.
The system was verified by TÜV Rheinland Group, a German certification company, and is subject to an annual follow-up audit. The quality system is described in our fundamental document - Quality Manual. Individual chapters of the Manual define a process approach (including process maps) and describe the application of the standard and other statutory requirements (in particular of the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC), the quality management system with required documentation, management obligations (including the quality policy), resource management, product implementation process (design, development, purchase and production), measurement, analysis and improvement.
In addition, our company’s Quality Manual complies with requirements of the US API standard, spec. Q1:2008.
Quality objectives
Within the quality management system, our top management sets annual measurable quality objectives for all divisions. The objectives focus in particular on the following:
- Certificates for our products
- Meeting customer requirements
- Enhancing qualifications and skills
- Improving technical and technological production capabilities
Adherence to the objectives is subject to regular monitoring at management meetings and evaluated at mid-year and year-end. Performance indicators regarding the objectives are presented during the final quality management system review for that year.
